The successful running of the Phase III composting yard of Longchen farm has escalated the modernization of this farm to a historical level. The brand new composting yard consists of 3 bunkers and 5 tunnels.

Previously This farm produced Phase II compost from it’s old composting yard with 3 Phase 1 bunkers and 1 Phase II tunnel for it’s own growing rooms. And both the growing rooms and Phase II composting yard were equipped by KMACH with a whole supply range of composting and growing equipment and machinery, including air-handing systems for growing rooms, bunkers and tunnel, control systems for bunkers and tunnels, bunker filler, straw breaking and mixing line, compost wagons, ruffling machine, watering trees, etc. And the rest equipment and machinery were mainly supplied by a Dutch company.

Together with the professional Dutch system supplier, KMACH has helped Longchen farm to upgrade and equip it’s growing and composting facilities to a higher level. KMACH mainly manufactured and installed the conveyor systems from the bunkers to the tunnels, including the cascade conveyors for supplying and discharging compost mixture down onto the cassette filler for filling the bunkers.
